Question. Why Japan music sales are not added to WW sales?

i mean those sales are not counted just an example 1989 sold 10m ww and in japan sold 300k but those 300k are not added to ww sales.I've seen some people saying that.

Oh I have no idea why people wouldn't count them. Perhaps people are shortening the 10.3 into 10? I don't know. No idea why some people aren't counting them, but they definitely should be counted. Furthermore, all countries are counted when glimmering into WW sales, so those few people are weird or something lol. Also congrats on 666 posts.

No i mean official ww charts don't count it. (ok this is a holy post to don't be drowned to hell)
